Getting outdoors in South London
In the south, areas like Clapham, Streatham and Norbury all have large commons that can be enjoyed. Each has various pathways to run and cycle along, and each offering different features and terrain depending on what sort of activities you want to do. Streatham Common and the roads around, for example, are situated on a hill, meaning running up and down the hills will help increase the intensity of your workout. Benches throughout the parks also provide ideal equipment for body weight exercises, while each also has a children's park, which exercise classes and personal trainers take full advantage of for workout equipment.
